[Dave Smith swiped the site with permission of the band to get it off the banner ad site, and to make it easier to do updates. The Average Joe guy fell off the earth and his email bounces, so I didn't get permission there. He's actually a real web designer now, and I'm just a monkey with a electrified typewriter.
